Dr Phumlile Anderson is a Lecturer in the Department of Academic Communication Skills. She holds a BA in Humanities and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Eswatini, an MA in Applied Linguistics from Edith Cowan University, and a PhD from the University of Zululand. Her research focuses on Multilingual Education, with a particular interest in Translanguaging as a pedagogical and sociolinguistic strategy, and how it contributes to pedagogical innovation in multilingual settings.
